Password entry
At Current RMS, we take the security of your data very seriously. That's why we require you to enter your password for certain actions, such as changing your subdomain, erasing data, or closing your account.
Below outlines the steps to rest your password for each different log-in used.
I use Current RMS's login screen:
You can easily reset it by clicking on I've forgotten my password on Current RMS's sign in page. This will send a Password Reset Email to the email associated with the account.
I use Single Sign On (SSO)
Resetting Your Microsoft SSO Password
Select I forgot my password and click Next.
Enter your Microsoft email and complete the CAPTCHA verification.
Choose a recovery method (email, phone, or authenticator app) and follow the instructions.
Enter the security code received and create a new password.
Click Save to update your password.
Resetting Your Google SSO Password
Enter your Google email and click Next.
Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity (via phone, email, or security questions).
Once verified, enter a new password and confirm it.
Click Save Password to complete the reset.
