What happens when you close your system
Access to the system is removed immediately
All users are logged out and can no longer sign in
The Subscription comes to an end
Note: As the subscription comes to an end, any paid-for time is lost and cannot be refunded. Please be sure you want to close your system. For more information on our refund policy, please see Refund Policy.
Data retention and deletion
You will get a notification 5 months after the closure, warning you that you have one month to download all the data you need
Your data is retained for 6 months after closure
After 6 months, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
Closing your system is intended for permanent shutdowns. If you need access again in the future, contact support before closing your account.
