Get started
Go to System Setup > Billing Information.
Add a card during a trial
If your system is currently in trial, add your card details in the card details section to continue using OnRent Events once the trial ends.
Update your card on a paid plan
If you’re already on a paid plan:
Go to System Setup > Billing Information
Select Change Card Details
Enter your new card information and save
Your updated card will be used for all future subscription charges.
Remove a card
You can remove an existing card by deleting its details from your profile.
Make sure another valid card is added if your subscription is active.
