Accessing invoices
Go to System Setup > Billing Information.
To access your invoices in OnRent Events, follow these steps:
Log in to your OnRent Events account.
Navigate to System Setup in the main menu.
Select Billing Information. This will display all invoices associated with your account. You can view, download, or print invoices as needed.
Download invoices
Copies of your last twelve subscription invoices are available
Use the download link next to each invoice to save a copy for your records in a PDF format
Invoices include your company details, billing address, and tax information as entered in Billing Information.
If you manage multiple entities within OnRent Events, ensure you are logged into the correct entity before accessing invoices. Each entity has its own set of invoices, so you must:
Log out of the current entity if necessary.
Log in to the desired entity’s account.
Follow the general instructions above to access invoices for that specific entity.
Only people who are Admins and have access to the System Set-up will be able to access invoices. Please reach out to an Admin within your organisation to get access or request a copy of your invoices. If you encounter any issues while accessing invoices, consider the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure Correct Login Credentials: Verify that you are using the correct username and password for the entity you wish to access.
Check User Permissions: Confirm that your user role has the necessary permissions to view billing information.
Clear Browser Cache: If the page does not load correctly, try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.
Contact Support: If the issue persists, reach out to OnRent Events support for assistance.
