Due to an ongoing technical issue if you normally click on the Sign in with Microsoft button to access CurrentRMS then you will currently receive an error message.
Whilst we restore this functionality we have removed this option from the log in screen. Meanwhile we have an alternate method for gaining access to CurrentRMS for you to use. See the instructions below:
Log in with the original e-mail account and password that you set up CurrentRMS with on day one.
If you cannot remember your original password then follow this guide on how to reset your password.
Once you have access to your original login then you will need to add to your account our new 2FA security information. Instructions on how to set this up can be found here. You will only need to do this once.
Once 2FA has been setup on your account then you can use it to access your CurrentRMS instance. If you have any issues with your 2FA then please read this troubleshooting guide.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the current issue and we will restore service via your usual Sign in with Microsoft button as quickly as possible.
