What is the TeamTrack integration?
TeamTrack offers a two-way synchronization with Current RMS, allowing seamless management of team schedules, subcontractor and freelancer availability, and skills. This integration helps streamline your workflow by reducing double data entry and ensuring consistency across platforms.
The team at TeamTrack developed this integration using our open API. This means it wasn’t developed or maintained by Current RMS, so we can’t vouch for it or provide support for it.
Team Track Features
Get an overview of all of the events across your company and see what your team are doing.
Register new freelancers and collect documentation, then easily schedule them by sending out SMS or email requests.
Track the hours that your team work and manage holiday and sickness.
Create production documents and crew call sheets, along with CDM/RAMS documents.
To set up the integration, follow these general steps:
Access Integration Settings: Log in to your TeamTrack account and navigate to the integrations section.
Select Current RMS: Find and select the option to integrate with Current RMS.
Authenticate Accounts: You may need to provide your Current RMS API credentials to authorize the connection.
Configure Sync Preferences: Choose the data you wish to synchronize, such as services, people, and members.
Utilize Integrated Features
Once integrated, you can leverage the following features:
Event Planning: Retrieve event and role information from Current RMS opportunities into TeamTrack's Event Planner for efficient crewing and resource allocation.
Team Scheduling: Manage schedules for internal staff and freelancers, track availability, and assign roles based on skills and qualifications.
Logistics Management: Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and other logistical aspects within TeamTrack, ensuring all event details are organized.
Document Management: Generate and manage production documents, call sheets, and other essential paperwork, keeping all stakeholders informed.
