What is TeamTrack?
TeamTrack is a cloud-based team and technical event management system, built for the AV and events industries.
Get an overview of all of the events across your company and see what your team are doing.
Register new freelancers and collect documentation, then easily schedule them by sending out SMS or email requests.
Track the hours that your team work and manage holiday and sickness.
Create production documents and crew call sheets, along with CDM/RAMS documents.

How does the integration work?
Once you’ve set up the integration in TeamTrack, it automatically pulls in information from Current RMS.
TeamTrack syncs services and bookable resources from Current RMS, so there's no need to double enter data.
When you add a service to an opportunity, it automatically appears in TeamTrack so you can start manage staff scheduling.
Once you've scheduled someone in TeamTrack, it's pushed back to Current RMS so your opportunities and Resource Planner are up-to-date.
Use TeamTrack's freelance management platform to send out work requests, generate call sheets, and manage hours worked.
