The HubSpot Integration

This is an article about how the integration between Current-RMS and HubSpot works.

Updated over 2 months ago

The integration between Current-RMS and HubSpot syncs data between the two platforms so that data entered in one is sent over to the other, depending on your selected sync option. You can set up a one- or two-way sync, which means you can either sync data from only one platform to the other or back-and-forth between both platforms. Before you set up the HubSpot integration, first head to System Setup> Integrations> API, toggle to YES the Enabled slider.

Note:

To enable the integration the user must be signed in to their HubSpot account and have administrator access.

Once the Current-RMS' API has been enabled you can then head to System Setup> Integrations> HubSpot to sync the two platforms. Once signed in to your Current-RMS while accessing the integrations page via System Setup> Integrations> HubSpot, you will be directed to HubSpot to sign in if you haven't already. If already signed in to HubSpot you will see the below screen then click on Install App.

Once Install App has been clicked then click Next on the following screen.

Type in your company's Current-RMS subdomain on the next screen, then click Connect to Current RMS.

Next, grant permission for the two platforms to sync.
