Tags are a great way to categorize and filter data in your system. Once you’ve set up tags, use the tag clouds throughout the system to filter.
Where can I see the tag cloud?
You can access the tag cloud from all of the main screens in the system:

To open the tag cloud, click through to one of the main pages listed above and click the tag icon at the top-right.
All of your tags will appear. Click on a tag to see all matching results. Drill down further by opening the tag cloud again, then choosing other tags. The system will show you all the records that match.
Tags in the picker
If you’ve tagged your products, you can also search by tag in the picker on an opportunity.
