Ready to start sending documents from Current RMS? Make sure you branding is front and center by adding your logo and contact information.
Add your logo
Go to System Setup > Company Information to add your company logo, registration number, and tax number. Before uploading your logo, ensure it meets the requirements: File Format should be .jpeg or .png, and the File Size must not exceed 2 MB.
The logo you add here will be added to all of the documents generated by Current RMS. To resize and adjust the logo position, go to System Setup > Document Layouts, clone the desired document layout, and make changes in the Header tab by editing the HTML and CSS code. If coding is unfamiliar, the Document Modification Service is available for assistance. If your logo is not appearing on documents, such as quotes, ensure the correct placement in Company Information or Store sections under system settings. Also, verify that the uploaded image is stored correctly in the system for proper display.
Add your contact information
To set the address, telephone number, website, and email used on your documents, go to System Setup > Stores and edit each store.ย
The contact information you enter here appears at the top of most documents generated by Current. By understanding the requirements, resolving display issues, and utilising customisation tools, you can efficiently manage and modify logos in Current RMS documents, catering to both basic and advanced user needs. For advanced customisations, such as adding a second logo or creating unique templates, use the HTML, CSS, and Liquid Syntax options in System Setup > Document Layouts.
