Tags are a great way to categorize and filter data in your Current RMS system. Once you’ve set up tags, use the tag clouds throughout Current to filter.

You can access the tag cloud from all of the main screens in Current RMS:

To open the tag cloud, click through to one of the main pages listed above and click the tag icon at the top-right. 

All of your tags will appear. Click on a tag to see all matching results. Drill down further by opening the tag cloud again, then choosing other tags. Current will show you all records that match.

If you’ve tagged your products, you can also search by tag in the picker on an opportunity.
