Along with Current RMS, you might use other cloud-based services to help run your business. Current comes with a number of integrations to extend your system.

Current integrates with:

Plus, we have an open API that you may use to develop your own integrations!

In this guide, we’ll run through each briefly – there’s links to full guides if you’d like to learn more about a particular integration.

Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage and MYOB

Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage and MYOB are cloud-based accounting solutions. You can choose one to integrate with, but can’t integrate with multiple.

When you link Current RMS to an accounting solution, it’s just one click to post an invoice straight to Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage or MYOB. Current will also let you know the status of the posted invoice in your accounts solution – no need to log in to check.

To get started, see:

MailChimp

MailChimp is a popular email automation solution, letting you create email newsletters and targeted marketing campaigns for customers and prospects.

When you integrate with MailChimp, you can export your organizations, contacts, and venues directly from Current RMS to MailChimp lists that you choose.

WooCommerce

WooCommerce is a fully customizable, open-source eCommerce platform built on WordPress.

You can use our WooCommerce integration to push a product catalogue from Current RMS to a Wordpress website.

To get started, see: How does the WooCommerce integration work?

Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign provides secure, legally binding online digital signature capture.

When you link Current RMS with Adobe Sign, you can send a document for signing straight from an opportunity. Once signed, documents are sent to all participants and a copy is stored in Current RMS against the opportunity.

Current RMS API

As well as our integrations, we provide an open API for developing your own custom integrations.

You’ll need development knowledge to use the API. To get started, see: What is the Current RMS API?
