Use the options under the Print heading to send your purchase order to your customer. Mark as sent when you’re done.

If goods are going to arrive sooner or later than anticipated, set an expected arrival date and notes.

Complete a purchase order to mark as done; cancel a purchase order that’s no longer going ahead.

After you’ve completed a purchase order in Current RMS, it’s just one click to post to Xero.
