Document layouts can be exported and imported from your Current RMS system as .txt  files. 

If you use our document layout modification service, the team here will send your amended documents as .txt  files for you to upload. We may also ask you to send customized documents to us if you’d like additional changes.

Go to System Setup > Document layouts and hit the green upload document button. Use the Choose file button to browse for the .txt  file on your device.

On the next screen, review the settings for your document layout and hit the blue Create button when done.

Head to System Setup > Document Layouts, find the layout you’d like to export in the list, then choose Export from the menu at the right.

A .txt  file should automatically be downloaded.

Depending on your browser, .txt  files might automatically open, like below:

In these cases, hit back and instead right-click (or ctrl  + click on a Mac) on the file and choose Save link as or something similar from the menu.
