E-invoicing: What's Coming Soon

How we are preparing for the upcoming e-invoicing changes and staying compliant with regulations.

Updated this week

You may have heard of Peppol, Veritas, or other terms for e-invoicing in different European countries. The name can vary from country to country, but the requirements for e-invoicing are essentially the same across Europe.

E-invoicing stands for electronic invoicing. It's a way of sending and receiving invoices electronically, in a standardised format. This means your invoices meet local tax and reporting rules automatically.

As technology continues to innovate, electronic invoicing emerges as a significant time-saver. Rather than creating, printing, or hand-writing invoices, using an electronically accepted format streamlines the process, saving time and effort for everyone involved.

How we're staying compliant:

E-invoicing will become mandatory in many parts of Europe. To help you stay compliant, we’re building a new invoice export option that will allow you to:

  • Export your invoices in an e-invoicing compatible format

  • Meet local e-invoicing regulations

  • Continue using our platform without switching providers

This will give you everything you need to continue submitting your invoices through the e-invoicing system.

What we’re working on:

  • Invoice export compatibility — so you can meet the requirements in time.

  • Full integration with e-invoicing networks — coming later, to make the process even smoother.

This means you can continue invoicing without interruption and stay compliant with upcoming regulations.

What do you need to do?

There's nothing we need from you — we’re on top of it. We’ll let you know as soon as the new export feature is live.

When the integration is available, you’ll have the choice to manage everything directly within the platform.
